About Momentum Group

How We Work Together

Our approach helps leaders get aligned with their teams to get extraordinary results. We will tailor our approach with a unique set of tools and techniques that are personalized for you. 

We kick things off with a design session to explore your objectives, our coaching style, and to make sure we’re a good fit. We clarify what success looks like and make sure you are comfortable with the approach. We then us a variety of tools at our disposal to build trust and understand how well leaders are aligned with their teams, assess personality traits, identify potential changes that are necessary and how best to navigate them, and develop a plan around leadership development and succession planning. The entire approach leverages our extensive leadership experience to help you clarify a line of sight to achieving your goals.

The Process

 Here is a brief outline of our journey together:

  • Exploratory session to get acquainted, develop initial objectives, and make sure we’re a good fit.
  • Agree on frequency and duration of engagement. Typically start with 3-6 months with weekly 60-min Zoom or in person meetings, and up to 8-hours flexible access per month outside of our regularly scheduled meetings.
  • In person meetings can also include our signature "walking sessions" – coaching while getting your steps in. Half-day full immersion workshops are also a great option to accelerate progress.
  • Team workshops are also very effective and can range from a half day to 3 full days - depending on size and scope.
  • During the engagement we will focus on refining your objectives, updating assumptions, differentiating between real and perceived constraints, and identifying opportunities
  • We can clarify your line of sight to achieving those goals through a variety of experiential exercises that include: Initial assessment and brainstorm, clarify and periodically refine objectives and desired outcomes, revisit and question perceived constraints explore team and org structure to understand what's working vs. gaps and opportunities, explore the skills and personalties involved and what changes might be most constructive.
  • We will introduce you to the best books and thought leaders who know how to put their insights into practice for solid business outcomes. We will do role playing, SWOT analysis, personality assessments and create tactical plans to realize your vision for yourself and your organization

Andy is a Certified Professional Coach with over 25-years of executive leadership and coaching experience. His experience  includes building global organizations for successful technology companies in Silicon Valley and helping leaders at all levels achieve their full potential.  


Andy held executive roles in Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Security – with a passion for developing exceptional leaders. The companies Andy worked for enjoyed tremendous growth and success including a record-breaking IPO, profitable acquisitions, integrations, and building organic growth from scratch.


Andy is a Bay Area native residing in Palo Alto, with a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University, Certified Professional Coach, speaks Russian and Spanish fluently, and has always had a passion for achieving human potential.
