How We Work Together
Our approach helps both individuals and teams get results and thrive in the process. We use a unique set of tools and techniques that focus on achieving concrete outcomes. We also take a very personalized approach that is tailored to working effectively with each client.
We kick things off with a design session to explore your objectives, our coaching style, and to make sure we’re a good fit. Then we work on clarifying your desired outcomes and creating a line of sight to achieving them using a variety of conversational, written, experiential and other tools that revolve around what works for you.
Group workshops and offsites are also available and highly recommended.
The Process
Here is a brief outline of our journey together:
- Start with design session to get acquainted, explore objectives, and make sure we’re a good fit.
- Schedule follow-up coaching sessions that are typically 60-minute Zoom meetings, but can also be done in person including our signature "walking sessions" – coaching while getting your steps. Full and half-day workshops are also available.
- A package of 5 or 10 coaching sessions is recommended to achieve best outcomes and we typically schedule them weekly or bi-weekly for continuous progress. Discounts are offered for packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
- Exercises during the session and outside involve clarifying your assumptions, perceived constraints and opportunities, brainstorming, journaling, reading books on leadership development, role playing, putting together an execution plan, SWOT analysis of organizations, teams and inhttps://websites.godaddy.com/testimonialsdividual performance.

Andy Dobrov, Certified Professional Coach
Andy is a Certified Professional Coach and has 20+ years of leadership coaching experience, ranging from executive leadership, emerging leaders, and team coaching,
He has enjoyed executive coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels throughout his extensive career as a business executive, building global organizations for a variety of technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Andy held executive roles in Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Security – with a passion for developing exceptional leaders. The companies Andy worked for enjoyed tremendous growth and success including a record-breaking IPO, profitable acquisitions, integrations, and building organic growth from scratch.
Andy is a Bay Area native residing in Palo Alto, with a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University, Certified Professional Coach, speaks Russian and Spanish fluently, and has always had a passion for human potential.
